Fall brings apples, pears, and pumpkins which we turn into a variety of delicious cakes and pies. Winter brings chocolate, nuts, and cheescakes topped with sauces made from frozen fruits (which are actually superior to fresh fruit sauces). Late winter and early spring is citrus time. Finally late spring brings fresh fruit starting with our wonderful Hood strawberries. Our menu will be contiually updated to reflect the character and availability of the season.

Apple Blackberry Pie
Our signature pie made with Empire and Jonagold apples and Kotata blackberries. $12.00
Pear Pie
Pear with maple syrup, candied ginger and cranberries. $12.00
Pecan Pie
Made with maple, not corn syrup for more rich, earthy flavor. $12.00
Pumpkin Pie

Quince Tart
Quince is a tart tree fruit. When cooked, it turns gorgeous pink with a lemon-perfume-honeyed flavor. $11.00

Lemons-in-the-face flavorful, not bland or over-sweet. Topped with vanilla white-chocolate cream. $12.00
Dried-fruit Tart
Gorgeous and festive, dried fruits are plumped in spiced rum and then baked on a vanilla cream cheese base. $12.00

Our crustless cake is very smooth, light, and mouth melting; not heavy or dense. Topped with raspberry pinot noir sauce. $14.00

Chocolate Walnut Torte
Over the top magnificent and delicious. Walnuts, caramel, and honey are baked in a double sided pastry and then draped with a Sharfenberger chocolate ganache. Unbelievably delicious. $25.00
